Mô tả công việc
1. Control accounting and accuracy for in transit, raw materials and finished goods inventory
2. Record all invoices of material and cost to make sure that the matching method is applied effectively, compliance with internal control requirement and all allocated production expense are reflected accurately, timely in the income statement (daily)
3. Record all payment (daily)
4. Handle payable account and staff advance
5. To compare payable account balance with suppliers.
6. Checking data of Inventory and import to Oracle
7. Control inventory balance and cost.
8. To fulfill other irregular task(s) requested by the Chief Accountant/ General Director.
9. To obey Company Policy, Labor Regulations and other internal regulations.
Yêu cầu
• Intermediate - Written and spoken English
• Excellent - MS Offices (Excel, Word, Power
Point etc.)
• Highly analytical and detail oriented
• Problem solving and Team work
• Discreet and respectful of confidentiality
• Discipline; Results Oriented
• Careful, accountable, responsible and punctual
• Ability to work well under high pressure and tight deadline
• Willing to work overtime and support other departments
• University or College Degree in Finance and Accounting, Auditing, Economics Accounting Auditing/ Corporate Finance.
• Minimum 2 year of working experience in the same position
