POSITION OVERVIEW - The investment Manager will be involved in investment sales transactions across all real estate sectors and developing their own clientele network to secure new business opportunities for the department
Take part and take the lead in a wide variety of roles from analytical analysis through to creating pitches, transaction support and execution
Run financial models and review models completed by analysts
Provide advice to clients on investment acquisitions and disposals across all real estate sectors
Work closely with counterparts/offices on cross-border inward and outward deals
Prepare letters of intent, term sheets and make amendments as required
Coordinate with consultants appointed by sell-side and buy-side during due diligence
Develop their own clientele network
Source, negotiate, and close deals independently
Draw on client referrals and follow other team client leads
Mentor junior staff and provide assistance to other team members wherever possible
Develop and maintain active communication both within the team and other teams
In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
Yêu cầu
Education
High-calibre individuals with a university degree with an emphasis in Finance or Real Estate;
CFA designation or progress towards attaining the CFA designation is a plus
Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers;
PC skills: The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate, investment banking or investment management
Language: Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
