IQC Supervisor

Skills/personal qualifications:
● Independently, and working with others, able to generate new ideas.
● Demonstrated sense of urgency; takes prompt action to accomplish goals.
● Open minded and willing to learn new knowledge in different scopes.
● English communication is necessary.
● Can communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
Education and Certifications:
● Graduated in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
Experience:
● Experience working with electronic, mechanical company.
● At least 2 years quality control experience or quality assurance.
● 3 years experience in management worker (30 people).
You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:
● Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
● Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds.
