- Deploy and execute the requirements of ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 standards, as well as statutory regulations and internal company policies.
- Review and advice for controlling/updating the compliance to the laws and regulations in term of Environment management
- Develop, maintain, and control documents related to the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001management systems.
- Monitor document revision and approval processes, Ensure that all policies, procedures, work instructions, and records are current and properly stored
- Support departments in creating or updating procedures and work instructions
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits (third-party, customer, certification bodies)
- Organize internal audits including establishing Audit program, Audit plan, collect audit checklist, make summary report for QMS, EMS manufacturing process audit, product audit.
- Issue CAR for nonconformity, verify the completion and the effectiveness of correction, corrective action from internal audit, external audit.
- Organize management review meeting, Collect input from all processes before management review meeting, Prepare regular reports and analysis for management review meetings
- Collect and compile quality system performance data (e.g., KPIs, audit results, nonconformities)
- Train awareness and application guidance for the person in charge of the department's IATF 16949, ISO9001, and ISO 14001 management
- Responsible for the certification of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Monitor environmental indicators such as emissions, wastewater, and hazardous solid waste; prepare periodic environmental reports in accordance with regulations.
- In charge of environmental management and reporting. Prepare reports for government agencies (EIA, environmental permits, chemical reports, radiation safety, greenhouse gas inventories)
- Control of banned substances, controlled substances in products (RoHS, REACH, chemSHERPA), green
purchasing system.
- Other task assigned by superiors.
