Mô tả công việc
We are seeking an Information Technology Audit Team Leader/Senior for the Green Tech Venture (GTV) Group. The role involves conducting information technology audits on a corporate scale and coordinating with other sub-company teams. The position will be based in HCM and report directly to the Head of the Audit Department of each audit team within the member companies and Group BOD.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinating with Audit Teams to implement IT-related content.
- Participating in data analysis to prepare/adjust/update the group's IT audit plan.
- Collecting information, identifying, and analyzing risk events with Information Technology elements in the market and within the Group's areas of operation such as Banking, Finance, Securities, etc.
- Synthesizing and monitoring the risk list and existing IT-related compliance requirements within the group and its member companies.
- Coordinating and participating in developing/updating/adjusting IT audit policies, regulations, processes, programs, and procedures for the group and its member companies.
- Conducting environmental and technology infrastructure assessments to ensure that processes and systems operate in a manner that is suitable and efficient for the business while also meeting security and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the professional audit team in assessing the risks of business processes performed using technology systems.
- Researching and updating new knowledge related to IT risk management and IT audit practices in general, especially within the Group's industry groups.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications: University degree or higher in IT or Economics/Finance, with knowledge and practical experience in the IT field.
Experience & Attitude:
- Minimum of 4 years working in IT audit positions in Banking, Finance, Securities, or similar positions related to IT risks, security, IT certification assessment, and IT administration.
- Knowledge or ability to learn about IT fields in Banking, Finance, and Securities regarding frameworks or standards for ensuring safety in IT fields.
- Ability to read and understand legal documents and related standard documents well.
Able to prepare documents of proof, explanation, etc. in popular languages.
- Experience in reviewing, evaluating, checking, and auditing related to IT in financial institutions (banks, securities, insurance, financial companies) is an advantage.
- Candidates with certificates related to auditing/technology such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, and CCAK have an advantage.
- Certificate or knowledge of standards such as PCI DSS, ISO (related to IT), ITIL, COBiT, CIS, NIST, SANS, SOX, and FFIEC is an advantage.
- High teamwork spirit, the proactive contribution of ideas, and sharing and coordination with related professionals to complete assigned tasks.
- Willingness to learn, accept challenges, and find solutions.
- Proficiency in English communication in the work environment and communicating with foreign partners.
- Able and willing to travel to serve work needs.
