IT Business Analyst/Product Owner ($1k5-$2k5)

Location: Ftown3 - Saigon Hi-Tech Park
Responsibilities
Taking the Business Analyst role in a project to liaise among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
Coordinating the BA team members in the project to achieve the project goal
Supporting the Project Manager with project planning and estimating, status reporting, employee mentoring, performance management, development process and contribution to strategic direction
User Stories Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft detailed user stories, particularly those requiring extensive integration and complex backend logic, to guide the development process.
Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Apply rigorous critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues, making data-driven decisions that align with our strategic objectives.
Qualifications
At least 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner is required.
Bachelor's degree required, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Extensive experience in the IT industry.
Prefer candidates with experience in digital banking product and service development projects.
Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Strong in analyzing the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
Capable to identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques
Fluent English speaking and writing skills
