Mô tả công việc
- Gather business and system requirements
- Acting as the bridge between client and offshore/onshore to clarify requirement with development team (developers, QC, UI designer) both business and system analysis view as well as the bridge among internal team
- Create BRD (Business Requirement Document), Feature List (if needed), UC list and UC detail, GBR (General Business Rules) and wire frame for complex UCs (if needed)
- Assist offshore/onshore team in knowledge transfer of existing system
- Review and provide the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface
- Assist PM on project scope, project change, estimation and planning
- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
- Review materials (SRS, UC, etc.) from others BA
- Any other tasks as assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor or higher degree in IT, Mathematics or related fields
- Having relevant working experience in E-commerce or financial and banking industry
- Solid experience or understanding of banking products or E-wallet product.
- Strong technical & analytical skills - advanced excel, PowerPoint, background in data modeling/data analytics and/or data mining - experience with Tableau//Microsoft BI/MicroStrategy and SQL coding
- Experience of sales, financial & execution data - both internal and syndicated - and the creation of dashboards and scorecards to visual the data
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude - ability to analyze multiple data sources to create insights
- Project management skills
