YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a skilled IT End User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our organization's end users. As an End User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving basic engineering application support and hardware issues, assisting with IT equipment setup, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1st and 2nd level AIMS system support
• DT&IT asset management
• DT&IT CR management
• MES (Production application) implementation support
• Other related responsibilities
• Provide first-level technical support to end users via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic engineering software, hardware, and network issues reported by end users.
• Guide end users through step-by-step instructions to resolve technical problems or escalate to higher-level support when required.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and hardware devices for end users.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Collaborate with other local and global IT teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution and escalation of complex issues.
