Job Overview:
The IT Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and services. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and user support to ensure smooth IT operations and an efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and devices
- Set up laptops/desktops and provide technical support to users
- Troubleshoot issues related to systems, network equipment, and peripherals
- Monitor, repair, and replace IT devices as needed
- Manage IT inventory, assets, and documentation (licenses, contracts, records)
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations
- Maintain updated contact and system information
- Support applications, data issues, and routine reporting
- Evaluate new technologies and support improvement initiatives
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
Yêu cầu
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar
IT support role
- Hands-on experience with system installation and maintenance in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus
