JOB SUMMARY
- To be responsible for implement and maintain computer system, especially on Windows Active Directory, DNS, File Server. Performing routine backup-recovery of systems.
- Manage network system, do health check regularly and build or replace network devices if required.
- Responsibility for documenting the system.
- Troubleshooting any reported problems.
- Co-work with PAP colleagues to deploy projects of System & Network if required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
IT SYSTEM & NETWORK ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM
- Manage & maintain Firewall & Cisco router, network device, LAN & WAN
- Manage Mail server (Mail Enable & MS Exchange Online) and servers's services (DNS, File Server, WSUS, AD, Trend Micro)
- Manage Database Server (SQL Server) & Web server (Win 2k8, 2k12, 2k19)
- Manage IP Phone system: Elastix, Virtual PBX
- Manage CCTV System
- Monitor system performance and implements performance tuning.
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, and associated systems.
- Install and maintain all new hardware, systems, and necessary applications for works.
- Manage and monitor backup/ recovery, capacity planning and system performances.
- Co-work with PAP colleagues to deploy projects of system & network
IT SERVICE DESK
- Provide a qualified level of technical support.
- Contact with supplier/vendor/ISP to make sure the network between sites running smoothly and have backup solution for incident (BCP).
- Support & training users about basic computer skills & incident guideline for self-solving problem.
- Manage hardware inventory list and software resources.
Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
