Description the main duties of the position:
- Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user systems.
Roles and responsibilities:
This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining network and security systems, administering Windows/Linux servers and Microsoft 365 services, as well as providing technical support for users across hardware, software, and business applications.
Ensure timely and effective technical support for internal users.
Manage, monitor, and maintain IT equipment in good working condition.
Comply with procedures and support the implementation of internal IT projects.

Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Administration, or related fields. Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE,
Fortinet NSE.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Responsible and proactive at work, always ready to provide support when needed.
Good communication and internal customer service skills; polite, patient, and open-minded attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive fixed salary.
Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/day from Monday to Friday (lunch at the company).
Parking allowance: 300,000 VND/month.
13th-month salary bonus.
Year-end performance bonus: 1- 2 months' salary (based on performance evaluation).
Full salary during 60-day probation period.
Full salary-based social insurance, accident insurance during probation, and Bảo Việt health insurance after signing the labor contract.
Annual leave: 14 - 17 days/year.
Annual salary review.

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday to Friday), half-day on Saturdays.
Work location: 145 Ton That Dam, Sai Gon W, Ho Chi Minh City.
