Mô tả công việc
• Provide the assistance and work with the IT team and business as the key partner in defining the project roadmap, scopes, schedules, resources and estimates of the project in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders
• Act as a reference point of contact for PMO queries
• Regularly monitor, track and report the project status
• Collect the business demands on the regular basis and work with the business owner as well as the Head of PMO to prioritize those demands to support the short term and long term project management strategies in alignment with the business
• Manage, document and identify enterprise environmental factor and organizational process asset for all projects
• Advise the senior management and key stakeholders in determining the project objectives, key project measurement and benefits evaluated as its completion against the base line
• Manages various portfolio management activities (e.g. but not limited to selection, prioritization and/or control of projects/programs to be in line with its strategic objectives and capacity to deliver) involving a large number of individuals within an organization with minimal direction and/or supervision.
• Liaison with Finance, Global Procurement and Legal to support portfolio planning and management activities
• Conducts portfolio scenario analysis in supporting Head of PMO to inform IT leaders (i.e. Account Manager) of recommendations, potential opportunities, relevant risks, and trade-offs to optimize the digital capability investment portfolio

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, preferably Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
- 2+ year experience in project management
- Had experienced managing software project in which the job incumbent is responsible for the delivery of the project which meets the success criteria specified in project charter
- Experience in environment which has matrix of business functional units and matrix of authorization
