Mô tả công việc
- Take over and drive the full end to end recruitment process for Development teams dedicated to GoodData project (Developers, Testers, PM, BA, Designers)
- Intense day to day online sourcing of IT talent
- Explore new, creative ways of sourcing talent to optimize success by direct sourcing passive talent, utilizing social media, job boards, advertisement, and networking to develop a qualified candidate slate
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Providing up-to-date recruitment reports & analysis, insights, and advice to management
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
Yêu cầu
- At least 2+ years of experience in high volume IT Recruiting.
- Strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting IT professionals at various levels and technologies based on client job orders.
- English communication is a plus
- Positive attitude, strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be technology savvy and proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be willing to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
