Mô tả công việc
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer daily IT support requests from users via phone, email, and in person.
• Perform necessary troubleshooting to ensure reliable and stable IT services and system operations.
• Keep inventory of IT equipment, software, and licenses.
• Work with US based IT Helpdesk to setup accounts and get the required access.
• Support new employees in the onboarding process.
• Setup and maintain the network in the office (LAN, Wi-Fi).
• Work with local IT equipment and network suppliers to provide the required infrastructure.
• Other tasks as required by the Management.

Yêu cầu
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support
• English communication skills (verbal and written)
• In depth knowledge of Networks, Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365
• Bonus: Experience with Azure
