Mô tả công việc

Provide internal IT support for engineering and office teams (hardware, software, network)
Manage IT requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution within SLA
Set up and maintain workstations, tools, and access for employees
Handle onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, permissions)
Manage IT assets and ensure proper tracking and maintenance
Support internal systems (Wi-Fi, VPN, endpoints) and basic infrastructure tasks
Assist SRE team in access control, security policies, and system maintenance

Yêu cầu

Must-Haves:
2-3 years experience in IT Support / Helpdesk or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting
Basic understanding of Linux command line
Familiar with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, GitHub, Azure DevOps
Understanding of identity & access management (SSO, MFA)
Nice-to-Haves:
Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
Experience working in a software development environment
Exposure to DevOps concepts or tools (Docker, CI/CD)
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or similar)
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills and user-support mindset
Ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
