Mô tả công việc
- Install, set up the necessary IT devices in Office & Stores (HCM, HN, ĐN ...) and ensure they always function well as expected.
- Monitoring and maintaining IT Equipment, IT system (network, server ...)
- Manage IT inventory & completely manage full life cycle of IT devices in Office & Stores
- Support end-users to resolve IT issues in Office & Stores
- Working time: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM or that which may be required for completion of your work.
- Ready for business trips
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree from Information Technology or any related field
- Basic knowledge of CCNA (MCSA is a plus)
- 1 year of experience in IT Support or any related fields
- Strong problem solving, planning skills, and detail oriented
