Key Responsibilities
• Technical Support:
◦ Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices running Windows, macOS, and Linux.

◦ Perform basic server maintenance tasks (e.g., updates, backups) under supervision.
• Documentation & Training:
◦ Create and update knowledge base articles, leveraging AI to generate user-friendly guides.
◦ Train staff on new tools and technologies, with a focus on AI-enhanced features.
• Innovation:
◦ Propose creative solutions to improve IT processes, drawing on your AI knowledge.
◦ Stay updated on emerging tech trends to keep our systems ahead of the curve.
Yêu cầu
● Education:
○ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply!).
○ Alternatively, equivalent self-taught experience or certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
○ Must have good English communication skills
● Experience:
○ 0-2 years of IT support experience (internships, personal projects, or part-time roles count!).
○ Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, NLP) through coursework, projects, or tools like ChatGPT APIs is a big plus.
● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS, and basic Linux commands.
○ Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
○ Experience with troubleshooting hardware (PCs, printers) and software.
○ Bonus: Coding skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation or AI experimentation.
