The Job
- Install and maintain hardware devices throughout the Jio Health network
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with computers, printers, tablets, and other devices
- Be point of contact for users regarding hardware issues
- Assist users on site; travel with motorbike required
- Provide basic training to new users
- Willing to travel to HCMC for training
Your Skills and Experience
- Solid knowledge in networking and wireless equipment
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux and device configuration required
- Knowledge of Android and iOS configuration required
- Ability to do simple, hardware related tasks is a plus
- Motorbike driver license
- Ability to work independently
