- Answer customer inquiries related to client services.
- Support is provided through online chat, messaging apps (LINE, Messenger), and email. There are no telephone answering activities.
- Post information about client services (including using blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other channels).
- Encourage the maintenance and development of the customer base.
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain and enhance communication with current and potential customers (using SMS, email, and LINE).
- Meet the individual needs of each customer.
- Monitor customer feedback to promote service improvement.
Yêu cầu
- Japanese N1 certification/ Japanese
- Creative, able to work independently, and good communication and problem-solving skills
- Sufficient Japanese reading and writing skills to perform the job
- Basic typing skills
