Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for developing new features and maintaining software, tools for Professional Services, including troubleshooting, resolving application issues, providing the root cases analysis, and providing advice to help customers resolve their requirements.
This role also takes responsibility to learn and research domain knowledge related to our partners' ecosystems to support pre-sales and VAR (Value added reseller) by consulting and providing solutions to customers.

Qualifications
Key requirements:
At least 02 years of experience, depends on how fast your learning and developing your capability
Strong software development and debug/troubleshooting skills using Spring, Spring Boot, ReactJS.
Strong knowledge in SQL and NoSQL.
Experience in developing CI/CD.
Strong skill in configuring and supporting software applications
Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to the organization's use of software applications.
Strong skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation
Fairly good spoken and written in English
Nice to have, experienced in Testing Management system, Data Migration, ETL process.
