We are looking for self-driven individuals to join our Business Development team and be part of our company's rapid and sustainable growth. You will be challenged to grow the business by finding and retaining clients with your capability, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption through clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations. You are responsible for: -
- Developing strategies to acquire more clients and hitting monthly acquisition targets
- Researching for potential hotel properties
- Originating and negotiating new strategic hotel partnership
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals for hotel owners, drafting and reviewing contracts
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
