1. TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR:
• Assist with transportation activities such as dispatching, routing, and tracking by receiving daily information about car/ honda man booking from employees via communication channel (Zalo/Teams/Whatapps, car booking vouchers, arrange and arrange suitable cars
• Arrange Hondaman to carry and take small samples/ parcel to the inner city, surrounding of the city and provinces.
• Arrange car to transport employees/staff to factories in the inner city/ surrounding the provinces.
• Arrange daily car to carry expats to and from.
• Arrange car to carry fabric, raw materials to sample rooms, factories, transport goods to the airport...
• Arrange car to transport customers/buyers/ vendors... from airports, hotels, factories...
• Install navigation devices on the vehicle, stick the logo...
• Navigating for drivers', cars', honda's position when needed...
2. AMINISTRATION:
• Receive and file incoming letters, documents.
• Supply and manage office equipment, machines or properties to office and manufactures, kitchen utilities.
• Schedule meeting if any.
• Records, monitor expenses, raise monthly invoices.
• Monitor on-going activities and revise contracts.
• Coordination for drop and pick up employee if any.
• Make daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on honda man, cars, taxi corporation
• Check and confront with the number of kilometers, overtime, tolls, arising fees ... between vehicles
• Make a car/honda rental contract
• Settle urgent requirements related the goods/parcels/samples to the inner city and surrounding provinces ... in case of lack of transportation vehicle by having booking the external vehicle (truck, tricycle, taxi, grab, ahamove...) to transport goods, fabrics, raw materials from the office to the sample rooms, from one sample room to another, from the office airport room...
• Coordinate with Finance Department to pay monthly debts for honda man, cars, taxi bills
• Resolve driver-related issues, between employees and drivers, traffic problems, etc.
• Receive phone information from outside of the factory, sample room, supplier... call the company to meet employees, boss...
• Support with stationery, arrange meeting rooms for guests, for new employees, make welcome boards, welcome guests, new people, order food, fruits, drinks for customers when needed...
• Support delivery and signing of goods for employees, expats.
• Other HR & Admin related-duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• Graduate with Diploma or University Degree
• Fresh graduate or one year of experience
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Good stakeholder management ability
• Good organization skill
• Attention to details and high sense of responsibility
• Good at Microsoft office - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Goot at English (writting & speaking skills)
