Junior Business Analyst

Location: Ha Noi, Viet Nam
1. Key responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and clarify business requirements with clients/end-users.
Research and build specifications for AI agents integrated into the CRM core platform.
Draft and update SRS / User Stories / Wireframes. Detailed descriptions of screen layouts, process flows, business rules, validations, document/transaction statuses, data fields, permissions, and data integration.
Collaborate with PO, BA Lead, Tech Lead, Dev, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support system Demos, UAT, acceptance testing, and track/verify business bugs.
2. Job requirements
Experience: > 2 years of experience as a BA in Product/Outsourcing projects. Prior participation in CRM projects (B2B CRM is a plus); experience with AI-assisted or AI-native systems.
Skills: Strong communication skills, proactive in connecting business users with technical teams.
Technical background: Solid understanding of Database, basic SQL, API, JSON, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum framework.

Understanding of B2B sales processes or customer management
Experience working with data
Interest in AI, GenAI, and AI Agents
Prior participation in Data, Analytics, or AI projects
