We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Generalist with minimum 2 years of experience to join our growing company. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, covering the entire employee lifecycle-from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and offboarding.
- Working location: Thien Phuoc, Tan Hoa Ward, HCMC (Tan Binh Dist previously)
- Working hours: 8.30 - 5.30, Mondays - Fridays and ALTERNATE Saturdays
JD:
1/ Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process: screening resumes, conduct phone interview, handle 1st round interview, attend 2nd round interview with hiring manager, communicating with candidates for test (if any), trial offer, and offer stage.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, tools, and orientation schedules are prepared
- Conduct employee evaluation after probation period for hiring decision
2/ Contract Management & Labor Relations
- Draft, issue, and manage all employment contracts, contract addendums, and official HR decisions.
- Track contract expiration dates to timely initiate the performance review and contract renewal/extension process.
- Maintain, organize, and secure physical and digital employee profiles in compliance with company data privacy standards
3/ Timekeeping & Payroll Support (C&B)
- Timekeeping Administration: Monitor and verify daily attendance logs, follow up leave requests (annual leave, sick leave), undertime/overtime (OT) data, and resolve attendance discrepancies monthly.
- Payroll Support: Consolidate and prepare the monthly attendance report; compile payroll variables (unpaid leaves, bonuses, deductions, allowances) and hand over accurate data to the Financeteam for timely salary disbursement.
- Social Insurance & Tax: Support the team with statutory insurance procedures (Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance), employee onboarding/offboarding declarations, and tax code registrations.
4/ Employee Relations & General Admin
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding basic queries about company policies, leave balances, and timekeeping issues.
- Assist in organizing internal engagement events, team-building activities, and company celebrations.
- Office Procurement: Purchase office stationery, pantry supplies every month, compare quotes to ensure cost-efficiency, and track receipts/invoices for monthly reimbursement and budget tracking.
- Other admin task as and when
5/ Reports
- Prepare and update periodic reports on recruitment and administration
- Prepare and submit mandatory periodic reports to local government authorities in compliance with current regulations.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Office Management or relate fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant positions
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is highly required
Note:
- Candidates with a history of short-term stints at multiple companies may not be considered
