The Role
We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Junior In-House Lawyer to join our team in Hanoi. You will report directly to the Group Chief of Staff and serve as our frontline for compliance, regulatory reporting, and internal controls. This is a hands-on position requiring integrity, high ethical standards and the ability to maintain rigorous documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Setting up internal controls: Implement and maintain rigorous internal controls to ensure all operational activities align with legal requirements and company policy.
• Document Compliance & Validation: Act as the primary internal auditor for all company documentation, including the formal correctness of contracts.
• Formal Periodic Reporting: Manage the end-to-end process for mandatory periodic filings for our Foreign-Invested Enterprise (FIE). Ensure all reports are submitted accurately and on time.
• Audit Readiness: Maintain a state of permanent audit readiness. You will ensure that every decision, board minute, and financial flow is properly documented.
• Reporting & Liaison: Provide clear, concise status update, serving as an independent legal presence on-site, ensuring our operations are transparent and compliant.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university in Vietnam.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in corporate/commercial law or as an in-house legal administrator.
• Language Proficiency: * English: Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory. German: Would be a plus.
• Core Competencies:

o Meticulous Detail: Exceptional attention to detail for document management and process validation.
o Independent Mindset: Ability to work autonomously and manage sensitive tasks with discretion.
