Mô tả công việc
Join the company's software development project, as the Comtor of the project.
Support BrSE during working.
Understand customer business processes, needs, and requirements.
Gather requirements, translating and simplifying the requirements to the
developers (ensure Development fully understands business requirements).
Participate in the preparation of meeting content, participating in meetings in Japanese as well as Vietnamese as required;
Interpreting project-related meetings between the project team and Japanese customers through meetings, chat,... Acting as a communication bridge between the project team and the customer, helping the project succeed;
Translate project-related documents such as customer requirements to the project team;
Japanese translation at the request of superiors.
Other tasks assigned.
Yêu cầu
Native or Fluent Japanese (at least N2 JLPT) communication.
Strong analytical,and problem-solvingskills and communication.
Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
Able to simplify complex topics and communicate them with team members/clients.
Intermediate to strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
[Nice to have]
Have basic knowledge & skills in Information Technology (IT): Software structure, data structure, IT technologies/applications/platforms.
Upper-Intermediate (CEFR B2) or higher level of English (certificate not required).
The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
Knowledge of scrum and agile methodology.
