Receive customer inquiries from the Marketing team and consult with those international ones (entrepreneurs, multi-national corporations, etc.) based on their needs for corporate services related to start-ups, bank account opening, etc. via email, live chat, and phone calls in English.
Present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers to meet individual's monthly target.
Collaborate with the
Customer service staff/Data entry staff to complete orders as the company's procedure (This task will be trained later).
Maintain strong customer relationships
Manage customer data and orders on CRM.
Provide regular, transparent, detailed feedback and reporting on personal performance (if requested) to Team Leader.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in English Linguistics, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, Business Laws, etc.
At least 2 year of work experience in related fields such as Sales Executive, Customer Service, Corporate Services, etc.
Fluent in English.
Highly effective teamwork spirit, time management, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Familiar with documentation and CRM system.
Proactive attitude, hardworking, able to work both independently and within a team, able to multitask.
Having a basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is a big plus.
