Junior Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing Lifepharma Vietnam overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. He/she plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors for Lifepharma in Vietnam at the same time keep close and effective contact and communication with manufactures and Supply Chain department at Head Quarter in Italy.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy. Forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of products with yearly forecast. Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
• Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory efficiency, shelf-life optimization, reduce destruction rate, or optimize delivery and/or customer service.
• Collaborate with different functional teams to determine key supply chain KPIs. Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as shipment cost, inventory cost or quality assurance, etc.
• Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as distributor, regulatory affairs, marketing, finance, inventory, manufactures, or QA.
• Manage activities related to shipments, stocking, inventory control, warehousing, damaged stock inspection, and delivery schedule and support distributors on special/urgent orders.
• Suggest solutions for process improvements with supply chain management.
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Train and evaluate other team members to optimize supply chain procedures and effectiveness.
• Provide constructive feedback to other functional teams to ensure smooth overall operation.
• Work with finance, marketing, functional team to determine best vendors and distributors for Lifepharma.
• Accurate reporting in timely manner to Head Quarter whenever needed.
