- Taking utmost care of existing clients by providing best services, in term of:
+ Order executing (fastest, most accurate way)
+ Trading confirmation (timely, accuracy) and other backoffice task, if needed
+ Market intelligence exchanging (regularly and on request - daily chatting by phone, Yahoo Messenger/Skype, email and face-to-face meeting)
- Guiding new clients to:
+ Open securities accounts.
+ Understand market/trading regulations.
+ Understand MAS trading system & services.
- Make short market statistics and stock market news translation and send to clients.
- Handling OTC deals.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Fresh graduates, and 1-2 year working experience in Securities firm, especially on Institutional department of Securities company is referred.
- Fluent in English in both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's or above degree is required.
- Strong decision making, problem solving and detailed-oriented skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
