[KCN Long Thành] Production Merchandiser

A. Pre-Production coordinator
- Follow up actual received order qty and time line to update and co-ordinate with Planner and Deveopment / Senior Merchandiser.
- Update production order on hand overview to all concerned to be prepared.
- Review the price on official order to make sure that is same as agreement.
B. Production order management
- Issue job of production with follow approved from development.
- Follow up on pending across outstanding status for received new order.
- Tracking to ensure order deliver on-time performance with order quantity condition and quality expectation compliance to ensure proper shipment closing.
- Co-ordinate with shipping team on shipment logistic arrangement to ensure proper shipment deliverance arrangement.
- Co-ordinated with QC team if any quality issue.
C. Customer service
- Receive comment and request from customer to coordinate with team to review before providing appropriate responses.
- College or University related to: Marketing, Textile...
- Good command of both written and spoken in English
- Computer skills, MS Office (especially Excel)
*If any experience in textile or garment business will be given special consideration.*
