Mô tả công việc

1. Accounts Payable Analyst:

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for processing vendor invoices, executing payments, and maintaining accurate and timely accounts payable records. This role ensures all company obligations to vendors and creditors are paid accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting practices.
The AP Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining vendor relationships, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring proper documentation, controls, and compliance across the accounts payable function at D&T Foods Inc., a wholesale food distributor serving customers across the United States.
In addition to daily AP responsibilities, this role is expected to document, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all assigned AP processes to support scalability, training, and audit readiness.

2. Accounts Receivable Analyst:

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing customer receivables, monitoring aging, ensuring payments are received within agreed terms,and proactively communicating risks to leadership. This role plays a criticalpart in maintaining healthy cash flow for D&TFoods Inc., a wholesale food distributor serving customers across the United States.
The AR Analyst is expected to follow a structured weekly AR cadence, communicate professionally with U.S.-based customers, document all activities thoroughly, and contribute to scalable processes through detailed SOP documentation.

Yêu cầu

Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable experience is a plus
College coursework required, University in accounting preferred
Strong work ethic and high degree of reliability
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to followstandard filing procedures and internal controls
Strong judgment and accountability
ACCA learner is a plus

5.0 days/week, from Tuesday to Saturday.
From 0:00 AM - 9:00 AM (breaktime 1 hour) or 23:00 - 9:00 AM (breaktime 2 hours)
Rewarding salary with working time and skill.
