ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE
- Daily sales reconcilation: wholesale, retail, consignment, online
- Reconcile auto e-invoice for offline stores
- Issue e-invoice for wholesale & online sales
- Payment method reconcilation & cash card follow up
- Wholesale & retail consignment collection
ACCOUNT PAYABLE
- Manage Rental & Other payment
- For street store: VAT + PIT on behalf of landlords
- Monthly commission calculation & e-invoice commission
BANK
- Input bank transaction & reconcilation
- Maintain relationship with banks, follow up bank issue, follow up EDC machine request
TAX & GENERAL ACCOUNTING
- Monthly tax reports & tax payment
- Quarterly CIT declaration & payment
- Run COGS
- Follow up prepaid expenses & monthly allocation
- Inventories reconcilation
- Accrual expenses & follow up
- Monthly Financial Reports (TB, BS, PL, AR, AP)
- Yearly financial tax reports to Tax Department
- Quarterly & yearly Statistical reports
- Other reports will be required by Senior FM/external authorities
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a general accounting position or higher.
Accounting software: Misa & SAP
Certificate: Graduated from university with a major in accounting & Chief Accountant qualification
Foreign language: Good at English with speaking, writing, listerning & reading
Leadership: Independent work and leadership skills
