Job description
Introduce and provide accurate scientific/product information to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and relevant medical staff.
Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and medical institutions within the assigned territory.
Implement territory action plans to ensure effective product information coverage and brand presence among target customers.
Achieve assigned activity objectives, including customer coverage, visit quality, territory development, and product communication effectiveness.
Organize and support product-related activities such as product presentations, scientific meetings, training sessions, and customer engagement programs.
Collect market insights, customer feedback, and competitor updates, and report them to the line manager in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and medical communication activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, therapeutic areas, market trends, and relevant healthcare regulations.
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, and applicable regulations.
