Job purpose:
Responsible for managing and developing business with key customers in the Convenience Store (CVS) and Independent channels. The role ensures sales targets are met through strong customer relationships, detailed planning, and effective execution at store level.
Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:
Customer Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CVS chains and independent key accounts.
• Act as the main contact point between the company and assigned accounts.
• Handle daily operations including orders, promotions, pricing, and issue resolution.
Sales Planning & Execution:
• Develop & implement account plans and together with KAM build the strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor and ensure execution of trade promotions and marketing activities at store level.
• Track and report sales performance versus targets.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze sell data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, promotions effectiveness, and customer feedback.
Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with internal departments (
Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure customer needs are met.
• Coordinate with field sales teams to drive in-store execution.
