SKINETIQ is a direct to consumer beauty brand management and development company with a mission to distribute and create innovative products to serve our dynamic consumers in the region. We are currently distributing fast growing skincare brands to local market. Skinetig also operates [protected info], an online beauty platform where customers can find accessible and efficient brands with credible consultations from our beauty sales advisors.
To serve our channel expansion's need we have an immediate opening in our team for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (HEALTH & BEAUTY) who is based out of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Mission: To drive the brand's sales growth in Vietnam by building and implementing retail & sales strategy; securing the right structures and people in the field.
Channel focus : Clinic and Spa, Beauty wholesales/ retail chains
Reporting directly to CEO, you will oversee all POSs in Vietnam, build and lead the team of retail sales operations and trade marketing colleagues to achieve sales growth and brand development.
What you will do:
Design and execute retail business plans to achieve brand's objectives
Establish and build strong relationship with key accounts
Strategically set and manage sales target
Identify business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities while maintaining the brand's identify and equity
Master retail operations and develop initiatives to drive/improve efficiencies
Develop and maintain strategic retailer relationships; negotiate in collaboration to maximize business opportunities and sell-out
Oversee retail sales strategy and contribute towards brand growth and cross-category business objectives
Motivate, develop and coach the team; enable empowerment and innovations
Work closely with Product Marketing, Digital, PR and Training team to define 360o strategy in maximizing sales
Yêu cầu
Who we are looking for:
Degree holder in Business or related discipline
Minimum 6 years' experience in Retail Sales Operations with strong track record at managerial level in leading retail team
Experience in beauty retail sales management is preferrable ( clinic, spa, other beauty specialties)
Solid experience in working for international retail corporations
Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills
Strategic with strong commercial acumen
Passionate and innovative; flexible with open mind
Fluent in English & Vietnamese
