We are looking for a Partnership Executive (Mid to Senior level) to be responsible for exploring and implementing the company's influencer/KOL/KOC-related scope of work across digital and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Zalo, etc.).
Own the Outreach Layer, turn ideas into real performance through creators, communities, platforms and content partnerships. Not just booking. You are responsible for who speaks, where, when and how ideas scale into impact.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Outreach Strategy
Build creator/KOL/community strategy per campaign
Translate social insights & creative ideas into execution plans
Define roles, content direction, and expected performance
2. Creator & Community Management
Source, negotiate and manage KOLs/creators
Build long-term creator & community ecosystem
Ensure fit, cost efficiency and performance
3. Execution & Content Control
Develop seeding & rollout plans
Brief and supervise creator content
Ensure quality, consistency
4. Performance & Optimization
Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion...)
Optimize campaigns in real time
Deliver reports & actionable learnings
5. Partnerships & Sponsorship
Develop content/platform partnerships
Support sponsorship deals & integrations
Co-create scalable content/IP formats
6. Financial & Operations
Manage outreach budget & cost efficiency
Handle contracts, payments, liquidation
Candidate Profile:
We would like to hear from those who have:
3+ years of experience in influencer management and social media.
Be able to work with both data and creativity.
Have good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Being savvy with current trends. Comprehensive understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and the entertainment industry.
Having an existing network with KOLs and having KOLs within the direct circle of friends is advantageous.
Operating with discipline, ensuring timely deliverables.
Having close attention to detail, careful, hard-working.
Having effectiveness in team collaboration.
Self-starter and creative problem-solver with demonstrated ability to work independently.
Proactively contribute solutions and ideas to the clients' successful launch and business growth.
