About the Opportunity: Join the founding team of a new international education project developed by Vinschool. This role will be responsible for supporting Korean families throughout the admissions journey while helping the school build strong and trusted relationships within the Korean community in Hanoi
I. JOB DECRIPTION
1. Korean Parent Journey & Admissions Counselling
Manage enquiries from Korean families from the first point of contact through consultation, school visit, application, offer follow-up, deposit and enrolment.
Provide clear and parent-friendly information in Korean about the school's positioning, American educational pathway, admissions process, tuition, school readiness and next steps, using approved school information and messaging.
Understand each family's expectations, child profile, current educational background, language readiness and key decision-making concerns before recommending the most appropriate next step.
Build trusted, professional and long-term relationships with Korean parents throughout the admissions journey.
Act as a key point of contact between Korean families and relevant school departments during the application and onboarding process.
2. Consultations, School Visits & Events
Coordinate and conduct individual parent consultations, virtual meetings, school visits, Open Days and information sessions for Korean families.
Prepare for each family appointment to ensure that the consultation or visit is relevant, welcoming and tailored to the family's needs.
Support Meet the Principal sessions, Korean parent briefings, community events, Open Days and school readiness activities.
Represent the school professionally at parent meetings, community events and external networking activities.
Ensure that Korean-language admissions materials and parent-facing information are accurate, consistent and culturally appropriate.
3. Korean Community Engagement
Develop and maintain relationships with Korean parent communities, Korean businesses, corporate HR teams, relocation agencies, chambers of commerce, residential communities and other relevant partners.
Identify opportunities for the school to engage with Korean families through community events, partnerships, information sessions and referral networks.
Provide cultural insight to help the school communicate effectively and appropriately with Korean parents.
Support the translation, review and adaptation of selected admissions, marketing and parent communication materials into Korean.
Share insights regarding Korean parent expectations, common concerns, educational preferences and decision-making behaviours.
4. Application, CRM & Internal Coordination
Maintain accurate and timely information in the CRM or lead-tracking system, including lead source, family profile, admissions stage, parent concerns, appointment outcomes, next actions and lost reasons.
Support families with application documents, assessment arrangements, scholarship enquiries, offer follow-up and enrolment requirements.
Coordinate with Academic, Finance, Administration, Transportation and Student Support teams to ensure a smooth admissions and onboarding experience.
Maintain consistent follow-up and meet agreed response times for enquiries, appointments and applications.
Ensure that every active family has a clear next action and appropriate follow-up plan.
5. Marketing Feedback & Market Intelligence
Provide regular feedback to the Marketing and Digital teams regarding lead quality, parent questions, objections, campaign performance and community responses.
Monitor competitor activities, school preferences and community sentiment within the Korean family market in Hanoi.
Contribute ideas for Korean-language content, parent FAQs, webinars, information sessions and community events.
Support the development of relevant communications and engagement initiatives for Korean families.
6. Success Indicators
A high-quality and culturally relevant experience for Korean families from enquiry to enrolment.
Strong engagement and trusted relationships within the Korean community.
Timely follow-up, accurate CRM records and clear next actions for every family.
Strong conversion from qualified enquiry to consultation, school visit, application, offer and enrolment.
Meaningful community, parent and market insights shared with the Admissions and Marketing teams.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
Korean nationality with native-level Korean communication skills.
Good command of English for daily communication and internal coordination. Vietnamese language ability is an advantage but not required.
Currently living in Vietnam or willing and eligible to work in Hanoi.
Experience in international school admissions, education consulting, relocation services, premium customer service, parent-facing sales, community relations or a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of Korean family expectations, communication styles and educational decision-making.
Excellent communication, listening, relationship-building and customer service skills.
Professional, confident and comfortable engaging with parents, senior school leaders, corporate partners and community representatives.
Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel and shared tracking tools.
Able to represent a new international school with professionalism, warmth, integrity and care.
