Specializing in Astrology, Horoscope, Spirituality, and Tarot, our advisors offer accurate, insightful guidance to users globally through our app, which allows instant chat or call consultations.
With a strong presence in the US, Latin America, Europe, Japan, and Taiwan, we are now expanding into the Korean market. We are looking for a Korean-speaking team member to help us grow our community of expert advisors in Korea and bring localized, high-quality services to Korean users.
At Salvia, we are a small and agile team with big ambitions. We're looking for someone with a customer-first mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the flexibility and courage to build and grow new products from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities
● Find, contact, and hire advisors/consultants in the field of Astrology, Horoscope, Spiritual or Emotional guidance, etc. in Korea
● Support onboarding, account setup, and training for Korean advisors
● Operate and maintain consultant accounts to ensure smooth performance
● Monitor advisor availability and service quality on the app
● Create reports and develop action plans to grow the Korean advisor team
