Identify training needs and develop learning programs to align with business objectives.
Assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Support employee growth and leadership development.
Support for recruitment, event organiztion if needed
Yêu cầu
Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
2 years of relevant work experience in an L&D/ Training position
Experienced in manufacturing companies in the garment industry is a plus;
Good English;
Strong organization, planning skills
Excellent communication and networking skills.
