Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a L&D Leader (Manufacturing, $900, ID21146)
Develop onboarding and employee training programs
Build learning paths and competency-based training systems
Create training materials and e-learning content
Manage digital skill tracking for production employees
Identify skill gaps and improve workforce capabilities
Work closely with HR, Production, and Fast Lane teams
Yêu cầu
Male or female, Bachelor's degree
Fluent English
Minimum 3-5 years of L&D/training experience in manufacturing companies
Strong experience in training planning, competency framework development, onboarding, and employee training
Smart, proactive, analytical, and well-structured mindset
