Lab Technician (Toy/Hardline/Footwear)

I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
We are open to candidates at different levels; senior candidates will be considered for Senior Lab Technician positions
General Responsibilities
• Execute and oversee testing activities in accordance with testing orders, SOPs, clients' instructions and company quality procedures
• Receive and review testing orders, SOPs and instructions before conducting testing
• Review and ensure accuracy of test results and reports before submission
• Monitor testing progress and proactively report any issues to Supervisor/Team Leader
• Maintain proper records of test data for traceability
• Ensure proper handling and storage of testing samples
• Maintain equipment, tools, chemicals and consumables in good condition
• Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures, safety regulations and internal guidelines
• Perform testing on Toys, Hardline or Footwear products depending on assignment
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Level
• Ensure test plans, specifications and test lists meet customer expectations and company regulations
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure smooth lab operations
• Maintain laboratory documents/records in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, SATRA and HSE policies
• Participate in developing and improving test methods
• Evaluate laboratory capability for new standards (equipment, personnel, methods)
• Update on new standards, testing methods and customer requirements
• Provide technical support and resolve technical issues
• Train and coach technicians; conduct training when procedures are updated
