- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to resolve complex operational and system integration challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
- Ensure disciplined project governance, documentation, and progress tracking in accordance with PMO standards.
You Will Be a Great Fit If

- Minimum 7-9 years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects in logistics, warehouse automation, engineering, infrastructure, or operations-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse sortation systems, including automated conveyors, cross-belt sorters, tilt-tray sorters, scanning technologies, and WMS/WCS system integration.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, throughput optimization, capacity modeling, and automation deployment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and structured progress reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills, with experience engaging senior and executive leadership.
