SECTION 1 : JOB DETAILS
Reporting line: Managing Director
Direct report: L&D executive
Function: Human Resources
Job Level: Manager
SECTION 2 : JOB PURPOSE
- Develop and implement L&D and employee engagement strategies aligned with business goals
- Set plans, track key metrics, and optimize budget to drive organizational effectiveness
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, especially Heads of BUs/Departments
SECTION 3 : MAIN CONTACTS
- Internal: BOD, Heads of BUs, HR, Finance, Legal, Employees
- External: Training partners, HR consultants, relevant stakeholders
SECTION 4 : JOB FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Strategic Leadership
- Lead L&D and build a learning culture to support a high-performance organization
- Drive group-wide culture and employee engagement initiatives
4.2 Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Identify development needs and implement L&D strategies and frameworks (performance, talent, succession, career)
- Plan and manage training programs, including onboarding
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with BUs and manage training vendors
- Develop policies and ensure compliance
Employee Engagement
- Lead culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives
- Drive cross-functional programs and company-wide activities/events
- Monitor trends and propose new initiatives
- Provide guidance to BUs and handle ad-hoc tasks
4.3 Staff Management
- Manage team performance and align objectives with business goals
- Support capability development and retention strategies.
Yêu cầu
SECTION 5 : JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in L&D, OD, talent management, performance management, succession planning, including at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Strong communication, analytical, ownership-mindset, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, good English and MS Office skills
Working Time & Location:
• Working time: Office hours, Mon to Fri & Online on Sat
• Location: Head Office - 44B Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hanoi
