Identify and engage potential tenants (e-commerce, 3PLs, freight forwarders, retailers, manufacturers).
Develop and present tailored rental proposals, negotiate lease terms, and close deals.
Build and maintain a strong network with property agents, logistics associations, and industry partners.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights to shape sales strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Work with Investment and Construction teams on land acquisition and warehouse design to meet tenant needs.
Manage leasing processes, client relationships, and ensure high-quality service.
Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate records of contracts.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
Strong network in logistics, warehouse, and e-commerce industries.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is mandatory.
Excellent negotiation, client relationship, and multitasking skills.
