Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Officer.
+ Work location: Ho Chi Minh Office, Lim Tower 3, Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao, District 1, HCM
+ Working time: 5 days/ week (Monday - Friday)
+ Report to: Team Leader/Manager
1. Understand well the company's background and update the retail market in order to complete leasing work as per assignment and achieve budget, occupancy rate as well as company target (20%);
2. Increase the database by finding new tenants and new concepts for better selection to ensure the best tenancy mix for the shopping mall and maximize the business result of the mall after opening (20%);
3. Prepare and deliver accurate and professional leasing documents/procedures/reports timely (20%);
4. Understand tenants' business through deep study and analysis, actively build and maintain good relationships with tenants for better negotiation (15%);
5. Analyze the performance and traffic of current malls regularly to propose improvement plans (10%);
6. Support related teams with tasks relating to Leasing department and pre-leasing work to prepare for new mall opening and coordinate well with the related departments for problem-solving when necessary (10%);
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5%).
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree;
2. Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;
3. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
4. 1-2 years of working experience in relevant fields such as Leasing, Real Estate, Retail, or Sales/Business Development are advanced. Fresher can be trained;
5. Have good negotiation and persuading skills and experience;
6. Be honest, careful, hardworking, and adaptable to the needs of the working environment;
7. Have teamwork and effective task management skills.
