Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 400 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Intellectual Property Research:
Conduct comprehensive research on patents, trademarks, and copyrights relevant to Yes4All's products and business activities.
Utilize databases, search engines, and other resources to identify existing IP rights and potential conflicts.
2. Contract Management & Corporate:
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, and employment agreements.
Consulting, drafting, and legal review of daily or unexpected business operations issues according to Yes4All's requirements, from time to time.
3. Report Generation:
Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing research findings and providing recommendations for further action.
Present research findings to internal stakeholders, including legal and business teams, to inform decision-making processes.
Synthesize information, research records and search for legal documents related to the Yes4All's business activities.
Propose measures to limit legal risks that may affect the company both now and in the future.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or related field.
· Minimum of 02 years of experience in corporate, intellectual property, legal research, or a related field. Candidates who have experience in e-commerce are preferred.
· Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Familiarity with intellectual property laws and regulations, contract law, enterprise...
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
