Contracts:
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Identify legal risks and propose appropriate solutions.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and approval procedures.
Licenses and Government Procedures:
• Prepare and submit applications, notifications, reports, and other documents to competent authorities.
• Handle procedures relating to enterprise registration, investment registration, licenses, amendments, and renewals.
• Liaise with government authorities and follow up on legal filings and compliance matters.
• Monitor the validity of licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals.
Internal Policies
• Draft, review, and update internal regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines, and forms.
• Ensure internal documents comply with applicable laws and the Company's operations.
• Provide guidance on the interpretation and implementation of internal policies.
• Recommend amendments when legal or operational requirements change.
Labour and Employment
• Advise the Company on labor and employment matters, including employment contracts, working conditions, disciplinary actions, termination, restructuring, and employee relations.
• Review and prepare labor-related documents, notices, decisions, and settlement agreements.
• Support the handling of employee complaints, labor disputes, disciplinary cases, and termination procedures.
Corporate Governance and Risk Management:
• Prepare and review resolutions, meeting minutes, powers of attorney, and corporate documents.
• Ensure corporate decisions comply with applicable laws, the Company's charter, and internal authority rules.
• Store and manage all legal documents of the company, ensuring compliance with confidentiality principles and systematically organizing them.
Other duties:
• Contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements
• Explore new opportunities to enhance the work quality of the department
• Help others accomplish related job results as and where needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Must-Have
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, Commercial Law, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an in-house legal team or law firm, including experience working with FDI companies.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, labour, contract, commercial laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks in a meticulous, careful, and well-organised manner.
• High integrity, discretion and professional ethics in handling confidential matters.
Good-to-Have
• Good English skills, particularly in reading and writing.
• Clear communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, honest, flexible, and positive mindset, having a receptive and eager-to-learn attitude
