Mô tả công việc
A. Manage the supplier to ensure the progress of construction license
· Check, proposal for the design drawing to ensure following VN rule & code
· Take care the construction license to ensure the operation at stores
· Have the knowledge about VN rule, code & the procedure of getting construction license
· Update the change of VN rule, code frequently
B. Manage construction related contracts to ensure the Laws,
Government's regulations
· Cooperate with Legal Team to make, manage the contracts ensure the laws
· Manage the payment timely to ensure the execution progress at construction site
. Make monthly/quarterly estimate payment for Finance
Team
C. Coaching & support staffs, as well as divide jobs to each staff accordingly
· Manage staff and support them in many ways to obtain their
targets;
· Support and coordinate with other internal departments to
make works go through smoothly;
. Proposal to improve the working procedure & co-work with staff to reach the target as well
Yêu cầu
· Experienced in applying for construction permits for buildings
· Master the necessary documents and the main steps for applying for construction permits
· Experienced contracting and payment
· Logical thinking, systematizing types of papers and records
· Capable of managing and training employees
· Good time management ability
· Strict to yourself to make sure that the schedule and plan is outlined
· Flexible thinking
