Manage all import and export activities in compliance with customs regulations and EPE requirements.
Coordinate international and domestic transportation, shipment bookings, and freight forwarding activities.
Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and customer commitments.
Oversee customs clearance, import-export documentation, HS code classification, and Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs audits, and government reporting requirements. Monitor logistics costs and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Develop, standardize, and improve logistics processes, controls, and performance KPIs.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs authorities, and other logistics service providers.
Lead, coach, and develop the Logistics team to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with Planning,
Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics and import-export management, preferably in a Garment EPE
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international transportation.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
