Mô tả công việc
• Receive SI from Buyer and Update system
• Update customer's shipment position
• Co-ordinate with quality department to send samples on time
• Co-ordinated with Shipping lines and get booking reservation
• Follow-up with Mill, WHR, Quality abt coffee availability
• Co-ordinate with all service providers likewise VCC&C, Café Control, VFC, Forwarders, documentation, shipping lines and general service providers for traffic related purpose and make daily stuffing plan
• Issue Shipping instruction and send shipment plan to warehouse, quality department before 4PM for the operation of the following day
• Send SI to Shipping lines and make Shipping documents
• Update SA & issue Sales Invoice
Arrange payment for shipping lines, service providers
Yêu cầu
MUST-HAVE: English, at least 1 year experience in Logistic
Other Skills/ Competencies: Teamwork, time management, adaptability
